Office Max Ltd is one of the primary school and office (B2B) e-retailers in New Zealand.
I was hired as a contractor (12 months) to work within the Digital Marketing team and maximize customer retention through digital solutions.
Office Max used Commerce Vision as their CMS, which required a lot of HTML coding to achieve even the basic tasks. The project I was responsible for was to promote key products, that were either seasonally or weekly specials, make the e-commerce journey more flowing, have the site search more user friendly (Office Max had a database of over 100,000 products), add help (video) tutorials for customers (this saw a 47% drop in customer calls) and to build out the introduction of STEM products for schools.
